Welcome to Moda Frames! We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Below are the shipping details:

Shipping Rates 

    Domestic shipping:
    • Standard shipping (3-7 business days) - free
    • Expedited shipping (2-4 business days) - $4.95
    International Shipping:
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit Time:

    • Handling time: 1 business day
    • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Which shipping carriers do you use to ship?

Most orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive an automated email with tracking info once your order has been fulfilled. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their records.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders:

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.

Damages & Responsibility:

  • ModaFrames takes full responsibility for your package while it is in transit.
  • If you receive a damaged product or it is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim processing.
  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once delivery is confirmed by the carrier to the customer-specified address. 
  • ModaFrames is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
  • We encourage recipients to secure their deliveries and promptly report any thefts to local authorities to help in resolving any issues related to stolen packages.

Wrong Address: 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
